Quick check in and nice service overall. Outstanding and wonderful rooms with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe. Location very close to the train station and great restaurants and the better looking neighborhoods and all the buses and trams.

Welcoming and helpful reception staff. Very comfortable and well appointed room. Restaurant staff very attentive and provided a high level of service.
2 minor points; the ceiling in the bathroom (rm 503) could be doing with a repaint as it appears to have suffered water damage possibly from the room above. Having looked at the hotel's facilities on line thought we'd visit the roof top terrace on our final evening for a look over the roof tops of Rome. The access doors to it were locked and we could see through the windows that there were no tables or chairs as though it was out of use.

The hotel staff arranged a seamless room transfer after we experienced street noise, which was greatly appreciated. The complimentary minibar was a thoughtful touch that enhanced our stay.

The hotel is close (one/two blocks) the train station. The walk until the coliseum/forum is not hard (really around 15 minuts). Near the Opera house. For other pleaces you have to catch a bus/taxi.The hotel is very confortable and clean. Breakfast is good.
Like other hotels around termini (train station) is far from the roma center and other attractions beside the coliseum and opera house.

missingWrote a review on 12 Octcleanliness issuesspace constraints
Please consider removing unnecessary exercise equipment that just takes up space in the room!!! Cleanliness must improve, especially in the bathrooms with visible limescale and stained toilet paper hangers.

Room was clean
They would only cool room to 25 degrees and the fan did not blow much. We had them move us once and same problem. For the money this room cost, we should of been able to sleep comfortable. I will DEFINATELY not use a UNA Hotel again!!!!!
